Personal Details
In this tab you can see your personal details that used when you signed up at our services.The fields “email address” and “Mobile phone” can’t be changed.In case you wish to perform a change in any of these fields, please contact our support department or call our customer service department.
Also from here you can add/edit your invoice details for a possible upcoming payment.So you can choose if you want a simple receipt or an invoice and when you have finished, just press “Save”.
Your invoice details are automatically sent to our accounting department and when you complete successfully a payment you will receive your invoice as an attachment to your email address.After you receive it, you can download and print it normally.
Change your password
You can change the password that was created automatically when you signed up.You just have to type the new password you want to use at the field “password” and then repeat the exact same password at the field “Retype password”. To save your new password just press “Save”.
Additionally, we would like to inform you that your password should contain from six to sixteen (6 – 16) english characters or/and numeric digits.
Sender ID
The sender ID is used to declare the sender of the message. It is displayed at recipient’s device for each message that you send.
The sender ID that you will use is your identity. You can use alphanumeric sender ID with up to 11 english characters. You can type your name, your surname, your company/website name or anything you wish. In this case you can use english characters, lowercase or uppercase. (eg MyName, Company1, Hello2u)
If you wish to use numeric sender ID, you can type up to 16 digits. These digits may be your personal or professional phone number (eg 447896541231, 394578213689, 5558741236), dates (eg 2011, 1911) or just random numbers.
You can create as many sender IDs as you wish. First click at “Add a new identity” and type your ID. Then optionaly, you can choose the the «Default», which is above, in case you want this sender ID to be the first option everytime you send a message. After this you click “Save” to complete the procedure. So now you have managed to create a sender ID and you can add a new one by following the previous steps again. You can edit the stored sender IDs (clicking the little pencil on it’s right side), delete it or even create a new one.
We would like to inform you that in case you use abusive language or misleading content, your message may banned from mobile operators.
